We used Land Trades Construction Ltd as principal contractor for the construciton of a new house. Although we were inexperienced clients, having never undertaken a project of such magnitude before, Faizan helped guide us through all the decisions that needed to be made. He provided clear and regular progress reports and his paperwork was always in order.

We are very happy with the work that Faizan and his team at Land Trades have done completing our rear extension with a new kitchen. My experience with Land Trades Construction is very positive. Very good communication 24-7, project completed on time, very good quality of work, professional advice in many issues, competitive in pricing. On the minus side, if something is not on the contract or there is a slight change, then it is charged at a higher rate.
